Returns & Refunds Policy
At Bare Bobi, we comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This policy explains your rights and our obligations.
Change of Mind Returns
We offer returns for change of mind on unopened, unused and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
How to return a change-of-mind item:
- Email us at hello@barebobi.com with your order number
- Once approved, return the product using Australia Post
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Please note:
- We do not provide return labels for change-of-mind returns
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Faulty, Damaged or Spoiled Products.
We will give you a refund or replacement if a product:
- Is faulty or unsafe
- Is damaged or spoiled on arrival
- Is not of acceptable quality
- Does not match its description
If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If the claim is approved:
- We will provide a pre-paid return label, or
- Offer a replacement or refund, depending on the issue
You will not be responsible for return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products (unless faulty)
- Products returned outside the stated timeframes
- Items not in original condition or packaging
Consumer Guarantees
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights.
